Do I need any previous experience?

None at all. Classes are open to complete beginners and kept small, in a friendly, supportive environment. Whatever your age or experience, you're welcome.

Question 2

I don't have a partner for Ballroom & Latin. Is that a problem?

Not in the slightest. No partner is ever required. We'll happily pair you with another dancer in class if you'd like, but you'll never be forced to dance with someone if you'd rather not.

Question 3

Am I too old to start?

Accepted Answer

It's never too late to learn to dance. Our adult classes are for ages 16+ with no upper limit, and Silver Swans ballet is designed especially for older bodies.

Question 4

How does booking and payment work?

Classes run in termly blocks paid in advance, which is cheaper and secures your place, as spaces are limited and priority goes to block bookings. Pay As You Go is also available. Just get in touch to book.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move in (no jeans, as they restrict movement). From Improvers level upwards, appropriate dancewear and correct dance footwear are recommended. Ask Anna if you're unsure.
