Anna Bennett
Principal & Teacher · RAD RTS, LAM, MA, BA Hons, PCET QTLS
After more than twenty years performing across the UK and European stage, and guest teaching across the North of England, Anna founded Momenta to share that craft with adults in Leeds. Trained with the Royal Academy of Dance from childhood and a Blackpool finalist in ballroom, she brings rare professional pedigree to a warm, supportive studio.

Nervous beginners, now regulars
Nothing reassures a first-timer like hearing from someone who felt exactly the same, and came anyway.
I'd wanted to try ballet my whole life and always talked myself out of it. Anna made my first class feel completely natural, and I haven't missed a week since.
Silver Swans is the highlight of my week. Gentle, sociable, and I genuinely move better than I have in years.
