Pilates geared to the quality of your movement: core strength, control and flexibility that carry into your dancing and everything else you do.

What it is
This is not generic mat work. Anna is a qualified Pilates instructor who has studied Strength & Conditioning and coached movement quality for British Athletics' young athletes. Pilates for Performance brings that expertise to adults of all levels, building a strong, mobile, well-aligned body, whether you dance, play sport, or simply want to move better and ache less.
What a session feels like
Calm, focused and surprisingly energising. You'll work through controlled mat exercises that build deep core strength and mobility, with clear guidance and modifications for every body. You'll feel longer and stronger by the end.
